My passions include boxing / martial arts, strength & conditioning, and the science of biomechanics. Other interests of mine are philosophy, psychology and art/music.

Massage therapy to me is a perfect vessel to help others improve their lives while also practicing the craft that I love. I have worked with a diverse population of clients over the years, and dealt with a wide range of soft-tissue injuries / conditions.

I particularly enjoy working with athletes / martial artists as well as dancers, performers and musicians.

It is most rewarding to me to help individuals overcome physical obstacles that may impede on their goals and quality of life.
